Primrose Farm

Primrose Farm is the place to be for Halloween-themed adventures. Autumn hayrides are back in a modified version to experience a 30-minute ride along the corn fields through the 100 plus acres of farmland. After the ride, make yummy s’mores over a blazing fire. Many time slots are available on Fridays and Saturdays Oct. 2-24. Fees are based on group rates of 8-12 people or 13+ people. Advance registration is required. Escape the Barn

While on the farm, add Escape the Barn to your night. Modeled after “escape room” venues, this popular event is back to challenge those who dare to solve the mystery. Groups of 3-8 people, at least 11 years old, will be “locked” into the dairy barn for 45 minutes to solve a series of interactive challenges to find the culprit behind the crimes. Look no further than the Westmont Park District for bales of fall fun! Our Last Straw Fall Event kicks it off on October 4…don’t miss this great, free, family event for all ages! Autumn at Cantigny Park
Check www.Cantigny.org for the park’s current event schedule, which includes in-person and online opportunities. The beautiful gardens and most areas of the park are now open following a multi-year renovation project.
