Primrose Farm

Primrose Farm is the place to be for Halloween-themed adventures. Autumn hayrides are back in a modified version to experience a 30-minute ride along the corn fields through the 100 plus acres of farmland. After the ride, make yummy s’mores over a blazing fire. Escape the Barn

While on the farm, add Escape the Barn to your night. Modeled after “escape room” venues, this popular event is back to challenge those who dare to solve the mystery. Groups of 3-8 people, at least 11 years old, will be “locked” into the dairy barn for 45 minutes to solve a series of interactive challenges to find the culprit behind the crimes. Odyssey Fun Farm
Odyssey Fun World in Tinley Park presents Odyssey Fun Farm, just down the street! “Camp Local” with the Forest Preserve District of Kane County!
Looking for a fun staycation? Family campsites are available in two Kane County forest preserves. Paul Wolff Campground in Elgin and Big Rock Campground in Big Rock offer tent and RV camping with electric and water hook-ups. Plus, hike, fish and more. Autumn at Cantigny Park
Check for the park’s current event schedule, which includes in-person and online opportunities. The beautiful gardens and most areas of the park are now open following a multi-year renovation project.
