Primrose Farm Frolic
Hi-ho the dairy-o, it’s time for the annual Primrose Farm Frolic. This family event will be held on Sun., September 22 from 11 am to 3pm. Activities include corn cannons, old-fashioned gaming, farming demonstrations, pumpkin painting, pony rides, hayrides and more.  Admission is $6 for ages 3 and over and free for 2 and under. 64th Park Forest Art Fair
One of Chicagoland’s treasures, the Park Forest Art Fair, will be held September 21 and 22 from 10 until 5, on the Village Green. The fair features artists exhibiting in a variety of media from painting, printmaking and photography to sculpture, woodworking, glass and jewelry. This year, 23 artists will be participating for the first time. The fair is family friendly with “kids art alley” offering crafts projects and an art contest.
